Designed to sleep up to 4 guests, this bungalow brings together in a well-planned space: a double bedroom, a living area with a single bed and television, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a complete bathroom.
Bed linen and towels are provided so you can enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive.
Just outside, the covered terrace invites you to dine al fresco or relax in the shade, surrounded by a preserved tropical atmosphere. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a clothes rack for your daily comfort.

The town centre of Saint-Leu, with its shops, restaurants and local market, is within easy walking distance.
From the residence, you can easily reach the highlands of Saint-Leu and its hiking trails, the Maïdo viewpoint overlooking the cirques, or the beaches of L'Hermitage and Saint-Gilles, around 20 kilometres away.
Bungalow No.1 is ideally positioned at the entrance to the residence, offering immediate accessibility while remaining peaceful and quiet.
For thrill-seekers, Saint-Leu is also Réunion Island's paragliding capital — flights launched from the hillsides above the town offer breathtaking views over the lagoon.
