Its split-level layout is unique within the residence: a ground-floor bedroom with a double bed, and a mezzanine with two single beds reached via an interior staircase. The large living area includes a sofa bed that can serve as extra sleeping space, along with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge-freezer — a real asset for longer stays.
Thermal comfort is provided by a ceiling fan and heat extractor. On the terrace, the private BBQ — a feature rarely found in the residence — is perfect for outdoor grilling in a tropical setting.

The town centre of Saint-Leu, with its shops, restaurants and local market, is within walking distance.
From the residence, you can easily reach the highlands of Saint-Leu and its hiking trails, the Maïdo peak with its panoramic views over the cirques, or the beaches of L'Hermitage and Saint-Gilles some twenty kilometres away.
Bungalow No.6, thanks to its generous size and split-level layout, is particularly suited to families with children or groups looking for separate living spaces. Its 20 m² terrace with private BBQ is ideal for outdoor dining in a tropical atmosphere.
