On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed (140 × 200 cm) and a spacious living area with a sofa bed, coffee table and television. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher. In mezzanine bedroom 1, a double bed; in mezzanine bedroom 2, two single beds for children or friends.

The 15 m² private terrace offers an open sea view, perfect for sunrise breakfasts or sunset dinners.

This bungalow can accommodate up to 8 guests in standard configuration, and 9 guests with the addition of an extra bed:

Saint-Leu town centre, with its shops, restaurants and local market, is a short walk away.From the residence, you can easily reach the highlands of Saint-Leu and their hiking trails, the Maïdo viewpoint with its panoramic views over the volcanic calderas, or the beaches of L'Hermitage and Saint-Gilles some twenty kilometres away.

Bungalow No.9 is particularly well suited to blended families or groups who value clearly separate sleeping areas: its two independent mezzanines give each sub-group its own private upstairs space. The sea-facing terrace provides an exceptional setting for outdoor dining in a tropical atmosphere.
